You could use the ballasts, but the bulb code is different.

Default HID conversion kit

After much time in the lab, we have created a kit with the most simple possible install. No harnesses, no re-wiring and no guess work. Our kits ship with the exact parts you need to get the install done right.

We load our kits with pre-installed low beam HID bulbs. We offer the option of adding high beam HID's to the kit as well. If that's not enough, we even give you the option to upgrade the ballasts from the 35w units to 55w units for even more output. Plus, every kit is backed with a LIFETIME WARRANTY from Corvette Mods!

All projector units include the halo ring. It is an optional step to supply power to them, so if you're not a fan of the halo look, simply don't connect them and you would never know the feature is there.

We have a limited quantity of these on hand. You have the option of black or chrome housings. Sold by the pair.

Good Morning, Do the lights in the conversion kits have a "blue" look to them? I do not care for that.
Thanks,
Gary

Installed these over the weekend, love the extra light, but mine won't lower unless I turn the lights off, then push the headlight stalk onto the high beams, then they lower. Help?

I have your HID Low Beam conversion kit with 6000K bulb and 35w ballast. I'm not happy with the light output or the look with the blue tint. Have been thinking about the projectors ever since...I'm sending a PM to get pricing to swap out the housing only.

Any problems with the heat of the 55w bulbs? And are these projectors designed for HID or they made for Halogen bulbs thats been retrofitted with HID?
