Yes it should.
According to the RPI Designs website, this Waterfall Extension will fit in a C5 Coupe, C5 ZO6 or C5 Fixed Roof Coupe.

Does it stay stationary, site says it just slips behind the seats. How's it ride in the car, no vibrations or noises coming from it?

It does stay stationary. It fits over the hump perfectly and stays there. I never experienced any noises or vibrations when I had it in the car.
