Default Bronze Headlight Replacement Gears On Sale! **$49.99**

If your C5's headlights have been giving you fits with their proper operation, chances are your nylon OEM gears are stripped. There is a simple fix that is much better and longer lasting than the cheap plastic ones.

Our Brass Gears are designed to fit all 97-04 C5 Corvettes and come with a gear, gasket, grease and new plastic retainer.

We have two deals for forum members...

Buy one single gear kit on sale for $49.99

OR

Buy a pair (2) and receive a deeper discount only $94.99 !:

Either way this is a great deal, but the pair you can't beat. Replace them both or put one on the shelf so when the other side goes (it will!) you have the part ready on hand.

Click to order the single kit:

Click to order the pair only $94.99 :

It's not difficult at all. This is designed for the DIY crowd.

When do these typically go out? I have 67k on mine and they seem fine.

There isn't a magical time, you'll start to hear them grind and act up, then you have a small amount of time left.

I see that. You should change the price in the thread because it's misleading :-)
