Does anyone have or know where to get a shale color bezel for my c5 head up display

Get a black one and paint it. That's what I did for the radio bezel and A-pillar gauges I added to my 2003 50th anniversary coupe. Look for a auto paint shop and have them custom mix it. Then get a spray tool from a shop like Sherwin Williams. It uses normal paint and a can of compressed air to spray - works pretty good on small jobs.

I did spray it and when it got hot this summer in bubbled and now it looks like crap
