Ported Dart Pro 1 heads
Dart Pro 1 heads - 225cc intake runner, 64cc combustion chamber, they are match ported, 2.05 and 1.60 fererra stainless valves that have been properly lapped, double springs for 600+ lift, titanium locks, and a 3 angle valve job, The intake flowed 262@.400, 290@.500, 305@.550, and 320@.600. Never been bolted on.

I don't know anything about heads, cams etc., so please forgive my ignorance and tell me, what would these heads do to my stock motor with 140xxx miles. Do I need bunch of other work done or I just bolt these until I have time and money to rebuild the bottom end?

I wouldn't say that you need a bottom end rebuild, but I don't know how much performance gain there would be without doing a cam, lifters, and pushrods. You can do a pretty cheap upgrade on your rockers by doing a comp trunion upgrade, and be fine there. You will also need a set of head gaskets, and some new head bolts. Also, I don't know what year or model your vette is, so I don't know what intake you have. You could get by with a LS6 intake, but if it is a LS1 then you would probably want to upgrade it as well. The cam, lifters, pushrods and rocker upgrade isn't too pricey. These are going to be your most expensive part. I do have a set of MLS gastkets and ARP head bolts if you want to make a deal.
Come to think about it there is probably to much spring pressure here to just bolt these on solo.
