Modded Ti Exhaust (two piece)
I have a modded Ti exhaust that needs just minor fabrication to make a very nice cat-back for someone. I had intentions on getting a slip joint made with a clamp to make it easily removable (and shippable) since when I bought them, they were already cut and attempted to be welding back (I know, I know. ) An exhaust shop with a pipe expander could make a joint for hardly nothing I would imagine.
I have since sold the car, and these are no longer needed.
$350 plus shipping
I have more pictures trying to upload, buy my photobucket is giving me fits right now.

An exhaust shop can make a slip joint in a matter of minutes, which would be just like any other aftermarket exhaust system. My corsa's was broke at the same place, but obviously had slip joints.
I might be able to get a buddy with a pipe bender to flare the ends to make them slip into each other.

there you go... Get something like that on there, then you have a slip fit! I don't think the muffler shop could just expand it and slip over as it would shorten the length of the titanium exhaust itself.

That would work perfectly. Hmm....
You wouldn't necessarlily need titanium if you were going just clamp both ends of the slip joint. You could probably get both for under $20 if they weren't titatium.
