I haven't measured mine but I think they are the 2.75 you need. They are silver (replaced with black on my black wheels.)

I started to upload a picture of my wheels but it's late and that takes too much effort.

I'll send them to you for whatever it costs to ship them. They aren't very heavy. I'm out of town for a few days so it'll be next Monday at the earliest unless you are in San Diego.
