I'm not home and only have my phone so I can't really search a whole lot. I have a c5 z06 with some shifting issues and a soft clutch pedal. I'm looking to replace the clutch, slave cylinder, speed bleeder, and any other parts that I should replace while I'm in there. I've heard mixed reviews about exedy clutches, so I'm thinking an ls7 clutch and flywheel is my best bet plus it will hold a little more power for future mods. I appreciate you knowledgeable vette guys pointing me in the right direction. Thanks and happy Thanksgiving!

LS7 is a good budget option, Centerforce DF 12" has a soft pedal will will hold more power than the LS7 unit, Mantic Single SR2 has good driveability and will hold up around 700ftlbs, Monster Stage III i have in my GTO is a little stiffer pedal feel doesnt have as smooth of an engagement as my Centerforce in my C5Z but holds way more power than the LS7 clutch I had in my GTO.

last month I had RPM Trans install monster stage 2 package, tick adj master, new gm slave I like it holds a lot better then the stock grabs better to, like you I was having a problem with (hot clutch) loosing the clutch till it cooled when driven aggressive, problems gone

I will tell you the kick adjustable master will make your clutch peddle a lot harder took me about 500 miles to get use to it
