Default WTB Drag racing tires

Looking to buy a pair of slick for my C5, if someone had a couple wheels with slicks on them already that would be perfect.

I have a set of front skinny rims/tire that I might be letting go.

Better...
Slicks- bias ply = stick car
Drag radial = automatic

Not looking for fronts. Just a rear pair to hook with on the line.

Thanks for the reply

Those would prolly work but shipping would be a pain. I found a set of wheels so if I'm not mistaken I can use the front set on the rear so I don't have to get a 18" drag tire. So 17" tires is what I'm hoping to find.

that's cool ... the fronts will have less drag resistance going the track which would help your overall time.

be careful running regular tires up front with a slick in the back can get a little hairy on the big end

yes - front 17s will work fine on the rear with 17" DRs.... very popular combination....and yes these will definately hook up ....

Finally got my hands on some wheels. Anyone have a set of 17" slicks or radials?

where are you located? I have some Nitto NT555 R drag radials currently mounted on 17x9.5 wheels. They've been used at 1 drag night and are otherwise unused. No street driving. Just sitting there, so I'd be happy to let 'em go.
