I NEVER WANT TO SEE ONE OF THESE KITS AS LONG AS I SHALL LIVE!
Lol these things seriously work wonders though on stripped head bolt holes..
I did ALL 20 on my LS6 block.. it was the saddest and scariest modding times of my life.

I think the above kit was sold on eBay. Anyway, the J-42385-100 kit is available as a rental tool.
See: http://ledfix.com/j42385toolrental.html
There are some quirks you should know about the J-42385-100 kits.
There are both Timesert and Kent Moore versions of the 'J-42385-100' kit. They are different.
There are over a dozen different J-42385-xxx kits. It's the number after that matters. There are 100, 120, 200, 300, 400, 2000, 2030 kits etc for different years and engines.
The Kent Moore kits use Timesert tooling. It's just in a different plastic case.
There is a Timesert kit for just the head bolts. (J-42385-100) (and posted above...)
There is a Timesert kit for just the main bearing caps. (J-42385-120)
The Kent Moore J-42385-100 kit has the tools for both the head bolts and the main bolts. But does require multiple pieces from the J-42385-300 kit to do either repair.
The Kent Moore kits often need parts from other KM kits to complete repairs. The assumption is you are a GM dealer and already have the other kit sitting nearby.

How did you get to the rear threads. What type of drill did you use?
