Default *** FS: Urethane C5 Diffusers - No Drilling Required ***

Well, its FINALLY happened!! We are happy to unveil our new diffusers for the C5 Corvette. It's been years in the making as most of you know and after countless broken promises from a previous manufacturer, we finally got these finished.

These are made out of urethane, so what that means is it's flexible to an extent and will NOT crack or chip if you happen to kick up some rocks, or hit road debris etc. Mounting is very simple, there are four tabs on the back side, those you slide into the rear vents on the bumper and that will guide it into place. Once it's somewhat lined up you can adjust it as needed. You may also want to use a soapy solution and spray the rear bumper to give you a few seconds to move the diffuser around before the tape gets tacky. It's as simple as tightening down the nuts, then doing the same on the lower fin that goes under the fender. There are also 4 tabs that bolt on using your existing bolts above your exhaust. You'll see once it's in your hands, it's very straight forward, no need to pay someone to install it for you. It will include the hardware you need to mount it, which will be some washers and nuts (inserts are molded into it already) We don't provide the double sided tape that is recommended, but I'll post an email address to a guy that I have sent a
lot of customer to, he has great prices and ships fast.

Here's his email address jwilson4940@gmail.com just tell him you need 3M VHB and the length you want (also tell him Pete sent you). I would think 6 feet should be enough.

I made sure manufacturing knew that these had to fit really well, and he said they nailed it. They have a C5 rear clip, as you'll see in the pictures at their facility that they used for mock up and test fitting. I'm confident that you guys will be very pleased with these. A lot of work by a lot of people have gone into this. Special thanks to Rob (Stealth02) for his work in getting the prototype made and sent to us, for that we are calling it the Stealth C5 diffuser.

Pricing is as follows:

$559 + 79 shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states, please pm me if you need shipping internationally or to Canada.

These will start shipping by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, no more waiting, no more lists, nothing! I appreciate all the patience and I will be providing more pictures as well as soon as I get them

Here's a video of the diffuser and pictures

Really can't tell what it will look like on the car when viewed from a distance. Some photos of the complete rear end from further away and some Side profile shots would also help a lot.

There is a couple threads with these pictures posted, but anyway I'll post them here. Keep in mind in these pictures this was still the prototype piece so the fit wasn't as good as it is now as it was still a work in progress, but this gives you an overall idea. Hope that helps

It's black like the first pictures. The pictures of it on the car were way before it was done (prototype piece) which is why I was hesitant to post those pics, didn't want to confuse people.

was this designed with functionality in mind whatsoever, or strictly aesthetic? looks like it could be added to (under pans/wind directors) to make it functional..

It's more for looks, but I'm sure pieces could be added to help make it functional to a certain extent.
