Why are all the nice wheels so skinny.

i guess it's a perspective thing. If you have a wide body rear and/or supercharger they are too slim.

why does having a supercharger make these too slim

Once you supercharge a C5 traction becomes a big issue, therefore stock size tires and wheels become useless . Anything less then a 335 is obsolete on the streets

tire compound and sidewall is more important than width if you are trying to get power down for straight line traction, my 305's do pretty good on the street so I'll have to disagree with you about anything under 335 being obsolete... if you have a widebody then I agree they are too narrow unless you ran a huge spacer which I would not recommend

to the op, do you have any idea if those would clear c6z brakes on a c5??

Hey "Neut82"...Vann is an honest guy ... You should reach out to him... He is local and I am sure he would allow you to test fit them.

I was actually just talking with a friend this last weekend who used to have a set and he specifically mentioned that they will in fact clear C6Z brakes. I'd have no problem working out a test fitment if needed!
