--These are located in Gaithersburg, MD and I am willing to consider shipping at the buyer's expense.
The original cost of the tires was $1,060.00 (I have the receipts) and all it took was a trip to the gym to remind me why I paid that price. I legitimately felt AS SAFE in the Vette as I did in my old 2009 Subaru Forester. These tires took me home many more times in questionable conditions and each time, I never felt like it was game over.
Here's the original specifications:

Per Tirerack, the original tread depth measurements are the following:
245/40R18: 11/32''
285/35R19: 10/32''
I checked the depth of the tread and got the following measurements:
245/40R18: 10/32''
285/35R19: 9/32''
This is consistent with how much I used these tires which was just four months from January 2015 to April 2015 or about 5,000 miles.
The wheels the tires are on aren't in showroom condition. There is some curb rash on all of them but that's what makes them perfect for the winter: they still look good but you don't have to worry about taking excellent care of them. Buy these and save the meticulous care for your summer wheels.

I'm not sure how long the TPMS batteries last but I never had to change them during my two year ownership of the car. I owned it from 2014-2016.
