bought it off another forum member and never actually used it. comes with suction cup and required plugs. no instructions or other packaging though. asking $325obo shipped.

Unless I'm reading the information incorrectly, it appears that if the previous owner didn't re-flash the stock tune back into his car before selling it to you, the unit is locked and can't be used to tune any other vehicles. Do you know whether or not this was done?

Your bar for "proof" is low indeed, as I accused you of nothing more than not providing a fairly important piece of information.
I was interested in the unit and, not receiving a response here, asked the same question in your other F/S post ... two days after I asked it here.
