if you dont mind working with fiberglass, it's pretty easy for a DIY. there's a tutorial online for it, too:

I was going to post up that info too. Save a ton of money that way.

I'm in the middle of this job. Not bad at all. Liners are worst part.

My biggest concerns with a diy is the liners and the shock relocation. I have been hunting and hunting for pics of the shock relocation parts.

That's perfect! Can't believe I didn't think of that!! West Systems makes a crazy good epoxy ive used for boat building and repair that would come in handy. You have to buy a gun to dispense but it's well worth it if you do stuff like this much and the epoxy has high gap filling ability. I'm defenatly saving this post.

I'm positive you don't have to relocate the shocks.

From the info I've found it seems to depend on what size wheel you're running.

theres no steel on these things; just aluminum. if you're relocating shocks, just take this thing to a shop and drop it off. the fiberglass work required to do the tubbing is menial compared to the expertise necesary to relocate shocks.

Here's some more info for you to devour. Some info will be relative and some won't. Maybe you'll get some good ideas from it.

Still looking.

I appreciate the info guys. Mainly still looking because of the nice fender liners that came with the kit.
