a question? on anuther board it was posted that;

if you use 295/35 in rear and 275/35 in front you will not have any problems. i presently have an 01 vette with this setup and its great!bob house of wheels

I know you say you take trades, I am wondering what a set of polished 99 wagon wheels would be worth when traded on a set of chrome motorsports (stock c5 sizes). They do have some minor road rash on the right side.
Also, do you have the facilities to install them? A friend and I are considering taking a trip down with our wives (he is looking to trade polished for the chrome 2000 wheels) if you can do the install.

wagon wheels with road rash are not worth more than 200.00 and thats a stretch. we have a facility near our whse that can do excellent mounting and balancing

I have one bent Y2K 18x9.5 rim... i'm assuming it cannot be used as a "core" correct? How much for a new one?

Ok, here is my question. I have a perfect set of 5 OEM z06 wheels that are off the car and in my living room. I bought a set of Chrome oems and installed them. But now I would like to go wider on the rears and keep the fronts stock 265's on the chromies that I have there. I also want to keep the rear 18's with the 296 SC tires. So what I need to know ( this is a 02 Zo6 by the way ) is can I buy your 19X11 chrome Z06 wheels and mount a tire that will keep the diameters correct like stock in order to never throw codes or affect TC ?? If so, what is the widest tire or best tire ( wider than stock ) that I can fit back there without any mods ?
