I was going to get a VCM Suite pro tuner for my car from HP tuners but I guess now you have to buy it for 2 cars not just 1 so it's 500 bucks.. screw that..

any other suggestions about what to get...

HPT started including the extra 2nd car license, and didn't raise the price. What are you bitching about? It's still the most affordable editor/scanner combo available. It's the Corvette of software tuners, best bang for the buck.

I like EFIlive Flashscan but it is in you "screw that " price catagory. You can get Predators and such for le$$.
