Default A better link

I don't know much about tuning OBDII GM vechicles, but I do know about the software that makes it happen and the constant crap behind it. This is my friend Russ's '01 Z06. Made 434hp at the wheels with the usual stuff, LS6 heads (stock), headers with stock exhaust, ported FAST intake, LS2 throttle body, some lame cam etc etc...if you want more info just ask...cause there lot's. It only took 10 minutes to make the big number on the dyno (adjusted timing and leaned the fuel a bit real time) but took days and weeks to make this thing civilized. It doesn't stall, or buck, or knock, or bog and runs on regular high octane gas. The LS6 heads are coming of this winter to notch the pistons for the new bigger cam, and then will be buttoned up with new AFR heads. Were hoping for something in the range of 475-480hp at the wheels (about 550 flywheel..stock displacment!) . As it is now it made 434rwhp, and with a 15% driveline loss that's 499 flywheel hp. Still makes 31mpg (Imperial) with stock displacement.

Here's the vids, which I took personally in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada at Peak Performance Dyno's.

Enjoy!! (I also have vids of a Lingenfelter package on a red Z06 claiming to make 415 at the wheels which actually made 416.9)
