01 ls6 no throttle response code error p0122
I have a 01 Z06 corvette engine i swapped into my 93 rx7.
It will idle and start fine with the throttle actuator unplugged, but when everything is hooked up it starts and dies with no throttle response.
Im getting error code p0122.
I went and replaced the tps sensor but that did not work.
I used a dmm and checked to make sure the tac has power and it does.
Not to sure how to test the pedal sensor and tac to determine if they are bad.
Any help would be much appreciated.

OK -- Are you using a cable throttle or the LS6 fly by wire throttle ???
What did the ECM come out of that you are using ???
You can check to see if you are getting any throttle resposne with most any OBDII reader--With the key ON engine NOT running go to the live data section of the reader and find the throttle position reading--step on the throttle and see if it changes and goes up to 100%

The ecm and harness is all from the 01 c5 zo6.
Its using the stock drive by wire.
I did the factory service manual test on the tps sensor but it doesn't show anything is wrong with it.
I went and double checked my grounds and power source and there all good.
Then i went and did the service manual test for the app, tac, and throttle actuator motor.
All seem to be in spec.
Could it be the reflash i had done on the computer causing the issue.
I can unplug the throttle actuator motor and it will crank and idle at 1500rpm.
I then can rev the motor by pushing the throttle blade open.
Should i be able to rev the motor like that with drive by wire?

Sounds like its just your theft system----go to the VATS table and input NO or NONE -- also if you can go to the "VEHICLE PLATFORM" page make sure all the appropriate boxes are checked for your platform--
The VATS will let the engine start but then immediately it will die--
