Fuel pump help
I have a 99frc that I'm about to drop my new motor in. It.should be around 500rwhp N/A. It'll have 42lb injectors also. Will the stock pump hold up to this power level? Or do I need to look into another option?Maybe boost-a-pump? Thanks for any advise

I think YES it would be a good idea to get an aftermarket Hi Volume fuel pump ( not that expensive)
But You may run into other tuning issues with a 99 with 500 RWHP
A stock 99 MAF table ends at 12,000 HZ ---Often not high enough for certain Hi HP applications---Only way is to check with a data logger or real time scanner where your eng ends up at WOT----
This is only if you use the MAF and the STOCK open/closed loop tune-----
Your options would be to run a "speed density" tune or a Semi open loop tune
But You may run into other tuning issues with a 99 with 500 RWHP

The little pump on the bottom of the basket won't work with the new pump. So i took the flapper off son it had a better chance of fuel to get in. Other than that it was pretty much the same.
