Default ABS & Service Traction Lights (U1040HC)

So I have an 01'Z with an intermittent ABS & "Service Traction System" warning lights coming on. Over the past 2-3 months, I've been able to just turn the car off and back on and most times it would go away. Now, it seems as though they are almost constantly on.

Last night, I checked the DIC codes and found the:
60 IPC U1040 HC

As I was checking the codes, the ABS light turned off, then back on again randomly. The code went from H to HC when the ABS turned off and on. This was the only "current" code on the DIC.

Has anybody experienced this code before? I'm thinking it may be a loose ground, corroded wiring harness connection or a loose wheel speed sensor, but I just wanted some advice before I start my electrical gremlin search.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Matt
