what exactly are you looking for? your initial question was answered. the only thing i see weird about your tune is that your PE is looking for 10.9 and then 9.1 A/F after 6 grand. if your tune is spot on there isn't much you can do aside from driving slower. posting a log with a wideband attached could verify how it's running.
