Any mods on the car?
If its mostly stock, you can't go wrong with a factory spark plug. We also use the NGK TR5 or TR55 with great success, and they are pretty cheap. Just stay away from the "performance" plugs with multiple or larger ground electrodes. I've seen nothing but problems with those.
Spark plug wires there are more choices that work well. I recommend a set of our custom made Taylor Thundervolt 8.2mm wire sets. You can choose a boot that is straight (like factory) or with a 135 degree angle to easily clear any headers you may have or may get. They also come with high temperature socks to protect them from heat. They are priced well too, about a hundred dollars!

I agree NGK TR55 (gapped at .060) or TR5 (gapped at .040)
Most all now believe that the correct plug gap for an LS is .040 and NOT the initially recommended .060----
Wires ? I like the STOCK GM "red" wires--The Taylors are good as well--The only ones I have had issues with is the MSD's the boot on the coils is so tight they often pop off the coil or will not "snap in" when installing

NGK TR55 plugs are great. Very low misfire rate with them. I ran them at .050" gap. Right between the .060 and .040 change. This really cleaned up the idle and made for a crisp responsive feel to the engine. After the engine build I ran TR6's. Then after nitrous, the BR7's.
