Default error f3

I downloaded tune, scanned my idle, updated my tune and went to download the changes and I get
"validate cable licenses failed"
"error F3"

What's up?

What software do you have ????? Sound like you need to buy another license----Have you tuned this car with this software before?

Unplug cable from both ends, plug back in. That usually solves it. If it doesn't, unplug cable from both ends, close all apps, restart computer try again.
If that doesn't work, do it all again, and disconnect car battery negative for 30 seconds or so.
Make sure vehicle voltage is good. If not, put it on a charger.
Try running the latest software and firmware.
If none of that works, download all your cable information by clicking on the help tab>i VCM Suite Info. Save that file as a Notebook file and forward it to support@HPTuners.com
