Default Tuning to delete dtc codes/force readiness monitors?

Curious as to which codes can be deelteted out of the system. I know on my brothers trans am when he had it tuned, he also had the rear 02 sensors deleted so that way he wouldn't have to worry about them throwing a code for inspection. I'm going to be building a car mainly for fun at the track, but will want to drive it on the road every now and then so I need to get it inspected. I'll already be having the rear 02's removed, but what about the evap system and AIR? The car currently is throwing a code for the evap solenoid, but while i'm putting in a new motor, I'd rather not worry about the evap codes and AIR codes.

is there also a way to force the readiness monitors so that I can get it inspected quickly? I know I could do this with my subaru, but to be honest I've never touched tuning on a GM other than using the predator tuner on my GTO. My plan is to get HP tuners when I swap in the LS2.

YES any tuner can permanently turn OFF all the reporting for any of your emission issues
by simply setting the codes to read "not reported and no mill" In return the ECM will set all those emission items to read "ready" in your readiness tests--AND it is not traceable and the smog shop will have no clue that in fact they are not hooked up----But never volunteer that they have been tuned out because it is illegal---LOL Don't ask don't tell--

awesome. I'm not too worried about it since it won't see much street time, and the inspection here will pass as long as the check engine light is off and there isn't more than 2 readiness monitors not ready

What is the least expensive way to tune out these codes?

Several "mail order tuners here on the forum---Most charge about $150 Tell them what you want deleted --also make sure they remove all the diagnostics testing programs as well and this will permanently set all you readiness monitors to "READY" here in calif the rear cats are a visual inspection as well--not sure about your state--So here even if you deleted the cat codes and set the monitors to read "ready" if they don't see the cats under the car--they will fail it--

Well, ha! Most of us HPT owners don't have unlimited license's. So it still costs $100 for credits to do this.
If you lived close, I'd do it for that.
Makes the $150 for a mail order tune not too bad actually.

How do you actually load a "mail order tune" onto your Corvette (sorry, I'm new to Corvettes)?

You can pull and mail your PCM to them.
If you do this, make sure to let them "teak" the tune while they have it. (don't just send it to turn off the codes)
