So, Anyone Want To Look At My Tune?
Engine is a 402 LS2 in my sig. The car has gotten new gears and new headers/x-pipe since its last tune. I am estimating about 500 - 510 rwhp. I pull hard on the back half, but the front half is a little soft. I think it might be a tune issue. Here is the last slip on it.
I am just starting out with HP Tuners and tuning so any advice would be appreciated.

Now, I did not tune the car. Now, I have noticed a few things that are off:
- For platform, I believe it has me listed as a truck platform instead of Y platform - not sure if it matters.
- unstable idle, especially when transitioning from part throttle to no throttle.
- rev limiter is supposedly 7,000 rpm, but I do believe it is kicking in at 6,500.
- It is a little soft (performance wise) in 1/2, but pulls HARD in 3/4
- I also have an off idle stumble / part throttle to full throttle stumble.
I do believe that most of these issues are tune related.

All of these items yes are tune related
Most are simple fixes--
You need to look at your idle airflow to smooth out an unstable idle
The transition stumble or P/T laziness is most often a lack of timing
The idle issue can also be due to timing--Check your actual " real time " timing while the engine is running with your data logger-----If it is bouncing around a lot like from 5* to 20 that could be the issue---To eliminate that go to your "minimum final timing table"
and from 0 to say 1200 RPMs try setting it to 10*--from 1400 -2400 set it to 7* and from 2500 on up set it to 6*
Also in your base timing table in gear----what is programmed ? It should be at least 3-4* OVER the stock table in lower fuel use areas--start up RPM's----If the timing is too low here then when it transitions to like 1300 RPM's there is too much of a gap in timing and can create a stumble
Sorry I have EFILIVE and can't read your logs
