aem full engine management vs stock pcm tune
I was looking through my drag parts bin for stuff I can use on the vette. I found a aem full engine managment ecu. All I am doing is bolt ons. Is there any benefit for going through the hassle of installing it vs just doing a mail order tune?
I might install a n20 kit I have for the drag car, in the vette.
Here is the unit

Unless you want the computer to control the n2o, fire more than one injector per cylinder, or use low impedance injectors, I'd stick with the stock computer as it is pretty capable.

I agree---The stock ECU has many more tables than an aftermarket one that is mostly used for a specified application---Most people will use an aftermarket NOS controller in addition to the stock ECU and not as a replacement for it----
