My CoW Tuning Experience
I've seen a lot of good and bad experiences on here about Chuck's tunes and this week I decided to see for myself. I never met these guys before and my only conversation with them was to set up an appointment so I went in completely neutral. After having Chuck tune my Z all I can say is wow! The car is completely different now, it runs much cooler and the power is far stronger all through the gears. This was a basically stock 02 with the exception of a Vararam and Borla cat back but it feels so much better now. Everything about the process was smooth and Chuck kept making minor adjustments until it was just right. What really amazed me was the time he took to answer every question I asked in detail. I am totally satisfied with the job the guys did and I would recommend them without question based on my experience. I took it up to the mountains today and the grin never left my face. Great job Chuck! Thanks!

Thank you very much! Most appreciated. It's a bit of a process, but that's what it takes to do it the right way.

If you have an unresolved issue with a vendor after making a reasonable effort to resolve the issue offline, you are encouraged to post a factual account of the dispute in the Transactions Feedback section as per site rules:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-feedback.html
Once both sides in such a dispute have had the opportunity to post their version of the facts, the threads typically are closed to prevent third-party interference and/or turning the thread into a circular debate on whose version of the factgs is superior.
That consolidates feedback, good or bad, on vendors and other site users in a section where others can review the information prior to making purchasing decisions. If there are updates to the dispute threads posted, simply notify a moderator of the update so it can be added to the thread.
The rules prohibit posting the same complaints about the same dispute over and over in multiple sections. If your post is missing from this thread, please review the rules in the above-referenced link. If you have any questions about the rules and their application or need assistance in trying to resolve an ongoing dispute, just let a moderator know.
