Trouble getting hold of Chuck at COW
I have been trying to get a hold of Chuck regarding my order. I left 5 or 6 voice messages at his work and no reply yet.

I hope he have a good reason for it! I prepayed for my auto cal and his tuning. So far I have nothing to show for! It has been 1.5 months. One excuse after another

Finally got a hold of him via his private email. We will wait and see when I get my autocal and how long does it take him to tune!

Yea, Chuck can be hard to reach at times, I was aware of this before I decided to purchase his package since I went read reviews but so far hes been responding in a timely manner. I sent him an email with my latest datalog Saturday and he sent my new tune fine back later that same day. We are on my 7th tune and 8th datalog in 4 months. Its a very time consuming process since u have to email back and forth. It takes longer on my part to get back to Chuck, usually takes me 2-3 weeks before I can get adatalog in. I work most of the time, then with the weather, sometimes it rains for 3-4 days straight so it takes time. But goodluck with everything. Hope it all works out.

Hey guys, my $0.02 about Chuck and how to reach him.
Be patient. Period. He is a real professional tuner.
He is a very busy man with huge amount of customers. I did not realize that before I wrote huge post blaming him.
It is really hard to tune a car when a tuner and customer are at the different parts of the world 14 hours time gap between us.
I was calling him on 4th of July to ask when he is able to look at my log file. He answered and now I gonna test new tune update.
I send my e-mails at the morning just before working day starts. Big chance that my e-mail will be on the top of the list and be read first

Very good. I'm always here.
And sometimes I'm waiting on YOU.
It goes both ways.
And the "nicer" you are with your phone calls, e-mails, & posts.... The faster your stuff gets done.

Before you install the blower and other parts.....
shows you just how fun that Automatic C5 can be BEFORE you put the big mods on it.
This will also let us get your wideband installed and tested to be sure it's all working right and you understand how to use it
before the blower goes in.
I think you'll be shocked.

You got me all confused....
You got me all confused....
You told me you were putting a bunch of parts on the car and you had a hand held tuner.
I knew you had the blower but I assumed that you were in the process of installing everything....
Let's change this around a bit..... Same steps...Different order.
Please use the autocal to read out the existing tune... BEFORE you finish the wideband install.
I wanna see how the car was programmed..... and then BEFORE I CHANGE ANYTHING, I want you
to DATALOG the car with it's existing tune...using my AutoCal wideband setup so that I can see how it WAS
running BEFORE you add any more mods to the car.
ONLY install the wideband and nothing else and make me a good datalog.
I need to see how it was running BEFORE you or I touch anything.
That's the new order of steps.
Call me if you have questions.
