Default Changing tire size. Do I need to reprogram computer?

I have a 99 C5 stock size tires. Going to change to 275/40/17 front. Rear to 295/35/18. Do I need to reprogram computer? Maybe LAPD, they are near my house. If not, how much is my speedometer going to be off. Thanks. Steve
