Default Fog light adjustment 98 C5

I have read that you go to the inside to adjust the fog light on the C5.
I was on the ground looking at the fog lights and there is a hole with what looks like a thorx fitting, on the outside at about 10:00 on the left looking at the front end 2:00 for the right, is this an adjustment screw?
I also noticed that some of the plastic of the front end covers a small portion of the fog lights on both sides is this normal?

Yes that's it. Turn about 3 - 4 turn and go from there. Adjust in front of your garage so you can see the height of the beam.

1. be careful when turning that srews for the first time. Mine were blocked and I had to dismount the foglights to put a lot of WD40 on it to make it work again. If you do not oil it, you may brake that little plastik inside.

2. The foglight is mounted to the frame with one bolt. At that place you can adjust the hight, if like in your case it sits too high or too low, so it is partly covered with the plastic surrounding.
