Default Pulsing vibration at about 70?

At around 70 miles per hour, I get a pulsing vibration, like 2 seconds vibrating, 2 seconds not and so on.

I dont really feel it in the steering wheel as much as I guess the seat? It doesnt feel like it has anything to do with the motor.

Do I just need an alignment/balance

Thanks

I would start with wheel balance first, if it only comes on at about 70 mph.

What tires do you have, and when was the last time they were looked at?

I've had this myself, sounds like the tires.

What brand? How many miles? Last balance?

They are G-Force T/A's

They have about 60% tread left on them...and I just bought the car so I don't know the last time they were balanced

Thanks

Those are good tires in good shape.

I would get them balanced -- that should cure it.

Ask if they have a Hunter 9700 machine -- might as well get it done right.

I was thinking to have PepBoys do it since its close to my house and I have to take it there to be inspected for the insurance

PepBoys = Good move or bad move?
