Default LG Motorsports In Car Video Mid Ohio World Challenge C6

Hi Guys,

Here is the link for the Latest race in our LG Motorsports Corvette C6 World Challenge race car. http://www.lgmracing.com then click on the Mid Ohio in car. We finished 4th in between two CTSv Caddys with Max Papis in 3rd and Andy Pilgrim in 5th.

We had nothing for the cars ahead and as the race wore on, the tires got very slippery.

It was a technical race with some strategy but very little action like when I satlled at the standing start in Atlanta.

Thanks
Lou Gigliotti LGM

Lou, congrats on the Top 5 finish. Maybe you "had nothing for the cars ahead", but you sure as heck had something for all of those behind you (which was most of the field!)

You'll get 'r done next time out!

Great video Lou! Congrats on the finish!
By the way, you were "right on" about my O2 sensors. I installed new ones and car runs great now!

I was there, that was a GREAT race, those CTS are faaaast though, nice looking car, I'm sure I've got a few pics of it, I'll try and post 'em up

Just watched the Vid, that is awesome, I guess those caddy's aren't that fast, good lord....

I've got a vid from Sat. of the Volvo stalling on the grid and getting rear-ended by like 4 cars....

Lou,

Thanks again. The AFR 205's are awesome, they really complement the cam. I'm very pleased with the way everything worked out. My hat's off to you and your guys especially Sean and Matt. You have an OUTSTANDING operation!!!! Thanks

Thanks for the vid! Not as interesting as your last in car but entertaining nonetheless!

Default Great Video

Great video, Lou, I'm heading to the garage to put my 5 point harness back in my car . . .

Will you be at Laguna Seca in October? Look for me in turn 4, on second thought, better keep your eyes on the track.

Thanks guys,

I appreciate all the props.

I will be in Laguna for sure. Will you be at the Corvette Corral at turn 4? They need to pave the corral then it would be great>

The in car video is a great addition to our site. It shows all the parts that we make being used on track. It is always great to meet all the Corvette folks at each track.

Next race, Cleveland, Sunday,June 26th. see you there.

Lou,
I loved the Rd Atlanta vid, and seeing you pull all those cars on the straights. I have a few HPDE vids from that track and I am just in awe of how fast you are. The car sounds damn awesome too. Congrats on the great finish and I am downloading it now.
Dave
PS thanks again for your great support. You and Matt rock!!!

No wonder they need to restrict your car so much, you'd be owning all of them if they didn't!!!

Great to see in-car videos of the race. That looked like an absolute blast!

What the he!! did those Cads have that put them so far down the track?!

Also found it interesting that around lap 7 or 8 (forget exactly where) the #3 driver backed you down in a few corners so he could get the jump on you in the straights. He clearly could not outcorner you.
This I could see in a few previous laps, where his rear started breaking away on several of the turns where he hit the apex early, as he attempted to keep you off his tail.

Great run!
Scott

Living the dream.

On both restarts, Papis "brake checked" me just before he took off on the restart. That made me lift while he was flat on the floor. The second time I got it better but still lost the chance to make a pass.
Our cars were almost equal in a total lap but we each had cars that were better in different parts of the track.

Road Atlanta was great for the camera, but I don't want to have problems that put me back in the pack. Most of the cars further in the pack are usually easier to pass but I would rather not pass any cars by leading the whole race.

On to Cleveland.

thanks
Lou G

Briefly changing the subject:

Lou, I'm on your waiting list for LT headers/cats installation and tune. Any news from Borla?

THANKS!

Thanks,

We do build a fast car. Atlanta was bitter sweet. I hated that we had a diff problem with only 4 laps to go but even with that we charged through the pack, which was sweet.

I will pass your PS on to Matt.

Thanks
