No, I would get a sniff check for bad head gasket. Something sounds amiss.

Well in some cars, bubbles in the radiator tank is a sign of a blown head gasket. But in a vette, I couldn't say. Might as well have not responded!!!!

Default Bubbles in coolant

A sniff test is done to see if there are any comtaminants from the combustion chamber in the coolant-a sign of a blown head gasket or cracked head or block.

I thought seeing bubbles in the coolant reservoir was normal for C5’s.
I am sure one of the Vendors or Tuners will let us know if this is a problem or not.

If it was a head gasket he should begin to see some residue on the underside of the radiator cap- right?

no residue at all i even took some out and dried it to see if there were any solids in my fluid and none at all....

im about to run my car with the cap off until it warms up and then replace the cap, maybe that will help...

Most garages can do a sniff test in about two minutes. I have never seen mine bubble, but I also have to admit I never looked. Bubbles are usually a sign of a head gasket issue though.

look at oil really close for milky color (the absence of milky color will prove nothing, but if you have it, odds are that you have a blown gasket) you can also pull plugs and look for water on plug.

good luck
