Default Convertible Top Leaks

Need some help with my 2001. The last time I got caught in the rain my passenger side window leaked a lot of water. I had the weather seal replaced about two years ago because of a small water leak. That took care of the leak then, now its back. When the dealer replaced the seal then I asked them to see if the top needed adjusted. All they did was operate the top and said its good. If the top needs to be adjusted for a leak how can you tell? Window does not rub the top. Thanks Tony
