CD player problems

CD player problems
The factory cd player in my 99 FRC will not accept cds when I try to put them into the player. It displays "ERR" and spits the cd back out. Anybody experience this problem? Is there a fix?

i had that problem once, i was trying to insert a dvd (dont know how it got mixed up) and it kept giving me err and ejecting......not sure thats your problem

Have you tried other disks? Sometimes the disk sits in our cars too long and gets defective and the reader senses this. Using a Cleaning disk would not hurt either.
