Default help with a tech 2 vtd programming
does anyone know how to program a new pcm vtd ( the key chip) using a tech 2 i borrowed a tech 2 and cant figure out how to change anything

not sure if this is true but i am having a new pcm bcm in my 99 and the dealer had to use a interface with the tech 2 called a star card box
