Here are the specifications from the Timken web site but they don't give you any idea what each dimension means. A diagram would help

But my guess it the flange diameter that the wheel fits against is 5.72834645669291" or 145.5mm, with the part the wheel fits over being 2.75984251968504" or 70.1mm, while the part the brake rotor fits over being 2.77952755905512" or 70.6mm.
I wouldn't cut then too close as the tolerance will change between batches or plants. I can put a caliper on one if you want true numbers but I don't have a mic that big. Caliper should get you within +-.001
