Can clock spring be broken but horn still works?
Hey guys,
I am trying to troubleshoot an airbag code B0026:

and at first I though that probably the clockspring was broken. But I went out today and pressed on the horn, and it honked. Does this mean that the clockspring is still working and not broken?

the horn is independent of the clock spring, i've swapped out a bunch of wheels lately, if i remember correctly there is a +/- for the horn that is separate of the gold bag connector

i just R/R the bags for steering wheels swaps, my guess is a stereo swap or other electrical tampering was done, maybe a connector was left undone or not properly connected
be sure to disarm the SIR system first
