Never heard of it. Is it lighter than Lead-acid or the absorbant glass matt Z06 battery?

They are awesome, i like em cause their black instead of red or yellow. Same cranking power. I had an optima in my street rod and it (after a 6 month period) wouldnt take a charge. So I put an excide orbital in there. Have not had a problem in over a year. Got one for my 2000 vette too. LOVE IT !!!

The Exide is foreign made, personally I have the optima and highly recommend it.

Exide is now owned by Yuasa. Many of the Yuasa batteries that were made in Japan are now made here in Exide factories. The sad fact is that the Japanese made battery lasts much longer than the US made one, even though they look identical and are the same design. I wish I could buy the Japanese made version.

I have one. Exide patented the design and licsenced it to Optima. Exide then saw how much money Optima was making and then decided to make them too. Exide Orbitals are the same thing as Optima, yet cheaper.

Have not had any problem with mine.Took the Delco out after 9 months,it would not hold a charge. Also your computer and all those wires are under it.The Exide battery will NOT leak even if a whole is punched in it.
