Default Change brake fluid in reservoir like clutch one to keep clean?

I change my clutch reservoir fluid every couple weeks to keep it clean and was curious if the same can be done with the brake fluid resevoir until I have time to actually bleed the system. I would think it would basically be doing the same thing as the clutch fluid changing trick but not sure as alot of brake fluid sits in the calipers and may not gravitate back into the master like the clutch does.

It won't do the same thing. You actually have to bleed the system to get any benefit from it.

I did this with mine last time I did the the clutch fluid and I can tell you it made a huge difference in breaking. My break fluid was pretty dirty at the time though. I plan on doing this every time since I have left over fluid anyway.

I use Prestone Dot 3 synthetic right now, but next go round will switch to Dot 4 synthetic or Motul 600.
