Got it last year...smells strongly of ether, so I was afraid to use it! Ether is such a strong solvent that it made me cautious...anyone else?

Save your baby, don't do it! Read below and visit this link:

Corrode Your Engine Faster Than Ever!
That's not a claim you'll see in commercials for an auto additive called zMax — but it should be, according to new charges filed by the Federal Trade Commission.
Infomercials for the product tout "scientific proof" that the $39 zMax "Power System" of engine additives will increase gas mileage by at least 10 percent and lengthen the life of your car.
But when the FTC took a closer look at that supposed "proof," it concluded the company's study actually showed the opposite. It turns out, the FTC says, that motor oil treated with zMax produced more than twice as much bearing corrosion than motor oil alone.
And if that wasn't enough, the FTC charges the other products in the zMax "Power System" — an engine additive, a fuel line additive and a transmission additive — were nothing more than tinted mineral oil. The bottom line: The commission's review of the scientific study concluded that none of the touted benefits were true.
The maker of zMax, Speedway Motorsports, feels the FTC's charges are "without merit," and said it is "confident that we will prove that the benefits of zMax are significant."
This is the latest in a series of crackdowns on unsubstantiated claims made by major brands of engine treatment products. The FTC previously halted allegedly deceptive advertising by the marketers of Dura Lube, Motor Up, Prolong, Valvoline, Slick 50 and STP.
In this case, the agency's lawsuit seeks to halt zMax's advertising and force the company to refund customers money.

I asked this before.... the answer I got is that it is good for many cars... but our Vettes use a tri-synthetic oil and should not be mixed with any other liquid since it would posiibly void the warranty...
