Simple really. Just pick a line with good vacuum, cut and install a 'T' connector, then run a hose from the new T cnnector to a sealed can / container with a fitting for the hose. Secure the vacuum canister/can and you're done.

Ok I think I understand. The canister must have a one way check valve in it. When the car is under vacuum 'normally' the valve is open and creates vacuum in the canister. When the motor goes in the partial or full throttle, the valve on the canister closes. Then when the motor comes out of partial or full throttle, the valve reopens and helps create vacuum in the motor. Is that it?
