Default Where is the OBD II Plug Located?

Is it under the driver steering wheel or located somewhere else. I want to scan/check for some codes and can't find this plug.

Yes, it's under the steering wheel - within easy grasp. Can't you use the D.I.C to check for codes?

Another reference on how to check and reset C5 codes using the built in code reader/re-setter.
