Default Nitrous Install Write up's / how-to's???

Does anyone have a good link to a write up on how someone installed their nitrous kit? i.e. firewall hole location, nitrous switch mounting, where to get a tach signal, where to mount selenoids, etc.

Just trying to get prepared and get a jump start on it.

Thanks,
Kyle

A good starting point is
http://www.hotrod.com/howto/3447_che...all/index.html

LS1tech.com has a good nitrous section with stickies. Feel free to PM any questions.

Awesome, thanks man

Found a good install guide here: http://www.holley.com/data/Products/.../199R10361.pdf

Still trying to get some ideas on interior mounting.

Does the firewally have a nice factory grommet that works for the nitrous line to be plumbed through?

Coil Pack or PCM
PCM Pinouts are available at LS2.com in their stickies.

I've only installed 4 Nitrous systems and each one was in a different type of vehicle.

I haven't installed one in a vette yet but I do have a friend interested. I would always look around and try to hide as much of it as possible(a little hard on a vette) and keep the lines away from the heat and anything that may cut them.

I have some old articles from Hot Rod or Super Chevy that I looked at when I was doing the Nitrous on my 69 Chevelle. Everything was hidden they drilled 2 small holes in the back of the block (lifter vally area) and ran the lines along the underside of the intake manifold and had each nozzle threaded into the bottom of each intake runner. I made a custom console in the back to hide the bottle. I don't know if that could be done on an LS block but would look be pretty sneaky if you could hide all the solenoids.
