This just saved me hours of frustration. I owe you a beer. Got the new headlight switch from Summit for $149 shipped, took 1 hour start to finish!

Just used this as well. also used your link to take apart the original turn signal. everythings back and working. i'll post an update if it quits again. note: i had a problem with the fuel door switch in the console - i took the switch apart and bent the terminals a little to make better connections, basically using that same idea/experience and your notes to do the same with the turn signal switch.

I know this is an old thread, but the info is still good, EXCEPT Photobucket wants me to upgrade to the P500 plan at $300/yr, just to view the pictures.
Can anyone help, by sending me pictures or another thread? I'm at the plastic going around the steering wheel.

Thank you, just got done using your procedure and now i have my dash instrument panel/dash light, brake & side lights back on.

I did this today. I took my time and had in done in about 3 hours. Thanks very helpful.

I lucked out and I did not need to remove the torxs bolts in step 7.
