I have a reocurring code PO-410 H C -- Does anyone have a guess what that might be -- The manual indicates AIR system

What's the history on this car? Is the AIR system still intact? Can you hear the pump on startup?

Yes! -- The air system is intact and never serviced or repaired -- describe the startup noise of the are pump -- Thanks for your response.

Since you have the service manual, I recommend following the troubleshooting procedure for the code.
