Bigstik

I know this has been beat to death, but real quick. I have to get my emmissons tested and the CEL is on after a header install. I am taking the front O2 sensors out and carefully using a flathead screw driver, i am opening up the vents a little. Do i need to do anything else, or will this fix the codes?
