Default HVAC control module

The display screen on my HVAC module is blank. I'm assuming this module needs to be replaced. Does anyone rebuild these?

I just did mine yesterday. It was a piece of cake. Took about an hour to do the whole job. Take it to the dealer 400 bucks for the module 200 bucks labor..... It cost me 2.99 for solder.....

I looked into doing this myself but after seeing waht digital guy provides (the ebay repair) I went with him. He completely runs through the module and repairs/cleans it all and then provides a 5 yr warranty
