Default C6 Z06 Brake upgrade. Which lines???

I am upgrading my 2003 Z06 with C6 Z06 brakes. I bought a used set-up with 2000 miles on it and it comes with C6 Z06 brake lines. Will these lines work properly on my C5 or should I get different lines? If so, which are recommended?

Thanks in advance!

You can use the C6 lines but I would upgrade them to braided lines myself.

If I go with braided lines, which would you recommend? WCC has some for $129 but in all honesty I have no clue which ones to get?

I got the Stoptechs from LG and they work awesome with my C6 Z06 brakes. But, I'm sure any would work just as well. I think LAPD has a nice inexpensive set under $100.

C6 lines wouldn't work on my car. I used my stock C5 lines.

What wheels are you guys running with those c6z brakes on c5. I also did this swap and went with ace slick wheels. Just wanted to know what other options there are. I had some difficulty figureing out wheel fitment on this mod.

If I can sell my I-Forged 19/20 set-up I will go with their TE5s in 18x9.5 and 19x11 sizes. The track edition wheels clear big brake kits. My other option is ccw's corsair series c140 or the c14

How much "caliper to rim" clearance do you have?

Forget the I-Forged TE5s, appearantly I-Forged doesn't even know if they'll fit! Way to know your product

Thanks for the info 99FewteRC5!

If I go this route I will use some VBP braided lines and either the CCW's without spacers or the I-Forged set-up with 1/8"-1/4" spacers.
